Business Development Intelligence Metrics is a first of its kind digital business intelligence digest, offering a new way to profile company activity and detect emerging trends at local, regional and national levels. Version 1.0 is focussed on the economy of Wales, but we’ll soon be expanding to the rest of the UK and further afield.

Our data is based on a representative sample of X businesses, drawn from each of Wale’s 22 unitary authorities. Every 2 weeks, we publish the latest edition from our repertoire of metrics, measuring everything from innovation capacity to digital maturity to Welsh language use. Users can read and download the latest release, browse our archive and reach out to us to learn more.

elixr. is a product of Etic Lab, a digital research and design company headquartered in Newtown, Powys with team-members based across the UK. We work with partners in government, civil society and business to help reduce their uncertainty about what to do next.
